We’re the Elwers, fourth-generation farmers in Northwest Ohio doing our best to raise real beef on land that’s been in the family for almost 100 years.
First and foremost, we believe your family deserves food you can feel good about, not just because it tastes great, but because you know where it came from.
We also believe farming should take care of the land, not just take from it. That’s why we’re working to build sustainability into a working farm, one step at a time.
