FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How is my beef packaged and shipped?

Your beef is professionally butchered at a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and shipped frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice. Orders are sent via UPS or FedEx, and we’ll provide tracking information once your order ships so you know exactly when to expect it!

  • What are my payment options?

You can choose to pay in full at checkout or place your order with a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance will be due when the steers go in for processing, and we will send you an invoice for final payment.

  • What cuts of beef will I receive in a bulk order?

Every order includes a variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef—all farm-raised and free of antibiotics or hormones. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate specifically requested cuts, but each order is carefully packed to ensure a great mix of premium and everyday cuts.

  • When will I get my beef?

Bulk beef orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Due to the nature of small-batch processing, fulfillment takes time — but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated regularly by email so you always know where your order stands. From processing timelines to shipping details, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
