Our Half Beef Share is the ultimate way to stock your freezer with a full variety of high-quality, locally raised beef. Sourced from steers raised right here on our family farm, this bundle includes a generous selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts — all USDA inspected, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for long-term storage.

With approximately 200 pounds of finished beef, this share is perfect for large families, bulk buyers, or those looking to split with a friend or relative.

All steers dress out a bit differently, but below you will find what went into the halves from our October Bulk Sale.

• Steaks – 16 Ribeye, 8-12 T-Bones, 4-8 Porterhouse, and 6-8 Sirloin.

• Roasts – 4 English (2lb), 10 Chuck (3-3.5) and 2 Sirloin Tip.

• Ground Beef – 90-100 1 pound chub style packages

• Other Cuts – 1 Brisket (whole), 6lb Stew Meat, 12 Short Ribs (6 packs of 2)

Your beef share numbers may be slightly different depending on the weight of the steaks and roasts, and how the animal dresses out.

All meat is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and shipped frozen in an insulated box with dry ice for safe transit and freshness upon arrival.
