Our Quarter Beef Package is the perfect way to stock your freezer with high-quality, farm-raised beef you can feel good about. Sourced from our steers raised right here on our family farm, this bundle includes a balanced mix of steaks, roasts , ground beef, and specialty cuts. Everything you need for delicious meals year-round.

Each quarter includes approximately 100 pounds of finished beef, thoughtfully packaged and ready for your freezer.

All steers dress out a bit differently, but below you will find what went into the quarters from our October Bulk Sale

• Steaks – 8 Ribeye, 4-6 T-Bones, 2-4 Porterhouse, and 3-4 Sirloin.

• Roasts – 2 English (2lb), 5 Chuck (3-3.5) and 1 Sirloin Tip.

• Ground Beef – 45–50 1 pound chub style packages

• Other Cuts – 1 Brisket (halved), 3lb Stew Meat, 6 Short Ribs (3 packs of 2)

Your beef share numbers may be slightly different depending on the weight of the steaks and roasts, and how the animal dresses out.

All meat is USDA inspected, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and labeled for easy storage and meal planning.

We ship in insulated boxes with dry ice to keep everything frozen during transit, ensuring your beef arrives cold, safe, and ready for storage.
