Choose your beef share or bundle and place your order.
If you're buying in bulk, you're just paying a deposit today. We’ll follow up to schedule delivery of both your beef and your free freezer (on 1/4 shares or more). Along with pictures and videos of the steers that will be feeding your family.
Step 2
We Handle the Details
When your steer goes in for processing, we’ll send you an email with the exact date and a secure link to pay your remaining balance.
Once that payment is received, we’ll ship your free freezer (if you ordered a 1/4 share or more) and get your beef ready for delivery.
You’ll always know what’s happening — no guesswork, no surprises.
Step 3
Stock Your Freezer with Confidence
Your freezer will arrive at your door, followed by your farm-raised beef; packed in insulated boxes with dry ice to keep everything frozen and safe.

We’re the Elwers, fourth-generation farmers in Northwest Ohio doing our best to raise real beef on land that’s been in the family for almost 100 years.
