Beef liver isn't for everyone, but the people who eat it know exactly what they're getting. Dense, rich, and about as nutrient-packed as beef gets.
Classic preparation is simple, slice it thin, season it, and pan fry it hot with onions. Don't overcook it or you'll ruin it. Medium at most.
Raised on our farm in Delphos, Ohio. Grain finished. Approximately two pounds per pack, vacuum sealed.
