The 1/8 Beef Share is a convenient way to fill your freezer with high-quality, locally raised beef you can feel good about. Sourced from our steers raised right here on our family farm, this bundle includes a balanced mix of steaks, roasts , ground beef, and specialty cuts. Everything you need for delicious homecooked meals.

 Perfect for smaller households or first-time buyers, this package includes approximately 50 pounds of USDA-inspected beef, shipped directly to your door.

All steers dress out a bit differently, but below you will find what went into the eights from our October Bulk Sale.

• Steaks – 4 Ribeye, 2-4 T-Bones, 2 Porterhouse, and 2-3 Sirloin.

• Roasts – 1-2 English (2lb), 2-3 Chuck (3-3.5) and 0-1 Sirloin Tip.

• Ground Beef – 22-25 1 pound chub style packages

• Other Cuts – 3lb Stew Meat, 2-4 Short Ribs (1-2 packs of 2)

Your beef share numbers may be slightly different depending on the weight of the steaks and roasts, and how the animal dresses out.

All meat is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and shipped frozen in an insulated box with dry ice for safe transit and freshness upon arrival.
