Shaved Beef

Thin sliced beef on a screaming hot griddle is one of those weeknight meals that comes together fast and delicious.

This shaved beef is cut from the round and sliced at 1/8 inch thick on a deli slicer, each pack is approximately one pound, vacuum sealed and frozen.

Works well for Philly cheesesteaks, stir fry, steak fried rice, or anything else that calls for thin sliced beef cooked fast over high heat.
